You will be required to pay a $30 booking fee upon scheduling your appointment. This will be applied to your visit fee at the time of service. Should you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, this fee will be forfeited.
In-home appointments may be available upon special request for home-bound patients. A travel fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.
